About Us - Our Executive Team
A Hospitality and Food & Beverage guru whose career has thus far spanned more than two decades, Forest has worked with many of the hospitality industry’s biggest names and undertakings, both in the United States and worldwide: He helped open the Bellagio Hotel and Casino and Aladdin Resort and Casino and worked closely with Starwood Corporation, ARAMARK, Brinker International, and the Golden Eagle Plaza (based in Nanjing, China).
In addition to his leadership and operational roles, Forest is also an award-winning chef who has served and prepared meals for President George Bush Sr., President William Clinton, Vice President Dan Quayle, and numerous international dignitaries. Forest learned his craft working with many of the world’s top chefs including Daniel Boulud, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Phillio Lo, Todd English, Emeril Lagasse, Jean Philippe, and others.
From weekly culinary TV appearances to developing operational organizations for multibillion-dollar projects, Forest discovered and shared with clients his unique knowledge and understanding of hospitality management and sales, accumulating an executive team that transcends the hospitality industry and led to the inception and creation of his latest project, HAIOS, Inc.
